This contract is for the provision of courier services.
The offeror is to ensure that items are delivered in the same condition as they were upon collection.
The offeror is to provide the courier services from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays unless specified otherwise.
Portion A – Mail distribution between TRC service centres and other key locations and book rotation between council libraries
