Tender Details
Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Key problem/s
The Federal Court of Australia Listed Entity has an ongoing program of work – the Digital Court Program – to simplify, streamline and modernise internal and external applications. This program of work includes the replacement of external facing portals including the Commonwealth Courts Portal. Consideration is being given to engaging a service provider to investigate and recommend requirements for a service to replace the external portals, which the internal project team would use to inform the design and development of the replacement solution.
Sellers are invited to review the attachment for further details and submit a pitch (in PDF or PPTX) addressing the response criteria as well as detailing your mission statement, services, capabilities, processes, team, partners, pricing model and 1-2 case studies of similar work.
Note to all sellers:
Due to the transition between DMP1 and DMP2 - if you are a registered DMP1 seller waiting for DMP2 approval and wish to submit a response - please let us know your intention to respond by email and quoting RFI-02385.
The users and their needs
These portals are used by internal users (approximately 1,900) for administrative and case-management purposes, as well as members of the general public, media and the legal profession to make applications to the Courts, view and/or upload case related documents.
Technical/business constraints
Will integrate with internal case management systems.
Will capture and retain sensitive information about citizens and non-citizens.
Key dates/ milestones
If it is decided that external service design services would be beneficial, pending organisational requirements and budgets, work may commence between February - May 2025.
