Tender Description
The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Education acting through Arts Queensland is seeking Tenders from PQC Eligible Tenderers (minimum Level 3) to undertake the provision of design consultancy services for the Principal Design Team (PDT) for the QPAC Lighting Upgrade Project.
Arts Queensland intends to appoint an Architect in the role of Principal Design Team (PDT) who will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing all the appropriate and required sub-consultants to deliver the design for following phases of the project:
- Project Initiation/Schematic Design Phase
- Design Development Phase
- Tender Phase
- Construction Phase
Tender documents are to be requested from the below email address by 4pm, 10/01/25.
Only PQC Contractors (minimum level 3) are sought for this Contract and are eligible to receive the tender documents.
Tenderers must attend a Mandatory Industry Briefing (MIB) on 16/01/25 at 10am to be eligible to tender for this project. Please register your attendance by emailing the below address by 4pm, 13/01/25.
