Requirements

The buyer is seeking proposals that identify and provide pricing for licencing and implementation support for a WHS & Case Management System. Please refer to the attached Statement of Requirements (SoR) document.

• Proposals received will inform costings to be included in a bid to allow the buyer to secure funding proceed with the preferred solution identified through this opportunity.
• The initial licencing period is anticipated to be 12 months, with future licencing renewals to be treated as a separate procurement. However, if the proposed solution has a longer minimum licencing commitment period, please include this information in your proposal.
• The buyer's deadline for full implementation of a suitable solution is prior to Nov 2025.

Given the nature of the requirement, the buyer anticipates that additional lead time will be useful in terms of assessing the suitability of proposed solutions, and working with preferred tenderer/s to scope any work that may be required to tailor off-the-shelf solution/s.
