Scope: Randwick City Council seeks experienced suppliers for scheduled cleaning services of Council’s 20+ facilities. The contract is for a period of 3 years, with 2 x 12-month optional extensions to be offered at the discretion of Council.

There are 4 categories of service:

1. Council and Residential Buildings
2. Libraries
3. Venues and Events
4. Des Renford Leisure Centre (DRLC)

Tender Briefing 1: Tuesday, 21 January 2025 at 8am in the Administration Building, 30 Frances Street Randwick.

Category 1, Sites 1-14 The inspection will commence at 8:00 AM at the Randwick City Council Administration Building, 30 Frances St Randwick. Following this, the sites will be visited in numerical order (Sites 1-14) as outlined in the attached table. Please allocate a full day for the inspections. Please allow 10 minutes of travel time between each site. A Council representative will be present throughout the site inspections to assist as needed.

Tender Briefing 2: Thursday, 23 January 2025 at 9am in Bowen Library, 669-677 Anzac Parade, Maroubra.

Category 2 to 4, Sites 15 -24. The inspection will commence at 9:00 AM at the Bowen Library, 669-677 Anzac Parade, Maroubra. Following this, the sites will be visited in numerical order (Sites 15-24) as outlined in the attached table. Please allow 10 minutes of travel time between each site. A Council representative will be present throughout the site inspections to assist as needed.
