Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation owns the land and buildings at 72 Schmidt street Tennant Creek NT, see photos pp 4-5, purchased for demolition and future construction.

The main building is a derelict house with asbestos contamination, on a residential block with sheds, trees and shrubs, other vegetation, slabs, concrete retainers and pavers on the site.

Identified asbestos is to be removed and certification obtained, then proceeding to full demolition and clean-up of block (one tree at front of block to be retained).
