CEnet is seeking responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from Vendors herein referred to as the Service Supplier or Respondent for the provision of consulting services relating to a review being undertaken of CEnet's Funding Model (Services). The Services will include consultation with Members and the development of a future funding model and any associated recommendations, including amendments to CEnet's Constitution, for approval by the Board prior to seeking Member approval at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
Importantly, the Service Supplier will:
a). Consult with all seventeen CEnet Member stakeholders and not disregard any individual Member contexts.
b). Consider the practical implementation of recommendations made and exclude theoretical advice about abstract or speculative approaches to improving the funding model.
c). Consider CEnet's Constitution including the Guiding Principles outlined at Annexure A of said document.
