The Shire of East Pilbara ('the Principal' / 'Council'), is a local government authority located within the Northwest region of Western Australia.

The Principal invites Offers from suitable suppliers for a software solution aimed at enhancing the management of facilities and green space bookings. The goal is to streamline service delivery while improving availability, ease of use and access to customer engagement data.

Currently, bookings are managed using a combination of Outlook Meetings, Excel spreadsheets and Synergy Soft Bookings Module, resulting in significant manual data entry and duplication, which impacts both efficiency and accuracy. We also currently use New Book and/or Book Easy for caravan park site bookings.

Statistics for the last financial year indicate that 686 bookings were taken across the Principal's hireable locations.
