Tenders are invited or the lease of the Berringama Recreation Reserve for grazing purpose only.

The reserve comprises approx. 10 hectares of Crown Land between the Murray Valley Highway and Beetoomba Creek and adjacent to the Berringama Hall. The lease will be for one (1) year with an option of another two (2) years on approval of the Berringama Reserve Committee.

Tenders should state the proposed annual payment. The successful tenderer(s) will be required to maintain, at their expense, all of the fencing in and around the reserve, control of weeds within the reserve and be responsible for the spread of one tonne of super phosphate per annum for promotion of pasture.
