Tender Description
This is a Physical Works contract for the construction of asphalt resurfacing of SH1 between RP 0501/4.140 and 0501/4.526 (386m). The proposed design is removing the existing seal and upper pavement for 220mm structural AC made up of 60mm AC14 and 160mm AC20 (two lifts of AC20).
The Contract Works comprise of:
• Milling to waste of existing pavement,
• Construction of new structural asphalt pavement and surface
• Reinstatement of line marking,
• Traffic management
