The Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation (the Guardians) is seeking a suitably qualified general contractor to deliver the Guardians’ fitout project of the Chief Post Office (the CPO) building. The expected end date for the project is April 2026. The Guardians requires the provider to have demonstrable project delivery experience of large-scale projects with appropriate resources to complete works in the allocated time-frame.

Given the project is Auckland-based, this service requires unlimited attendance on site to meet timeframes. Heritage building experience is advantageous given the CPO building is a category 1 listed heritage building.
