Tender Description
The Department’s Geraldton regional and district office is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced sole supplier to deliver general daily, weekly and periodical cleaning of its offices and depot in Geraldton.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 201 Foreshore Drive Geraldton WA 6530, 351 Eighth Street, Woorree Geraldton WA 6530, Geraldton on 29 January 2025 12:43 PM.
Respondents will be required to attend either option 1 or 2 for a mandatory Briefing.

Respondents to confirm their attendance, time and briefing option by no later than 2 PM, AWST, 27th January 2025 by contacting Tracey Williamson, District Finance and Administration Coordinator DBCA by email tracey.williamson@dbca.wa.gov.au.
Respondents are to note the registration details provided for site visits must be consistent with the entity that will submit an Offer for this Tender (i.e. if registration details differ between a site visit and the Offer, the Respondent will not be considered to have attended the mandatory site visit).
Respondents are required to find their own method of transportation to and from each site.
Failure to attend the Request briefing at each site will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
