The Shire of East Pilbara (Shire) is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to carry out sanitary servicing at a range of Shire facilities in Newman, Nullagine and Marble Bar. Sanitary services shall include, at a minimum, the installation, servicing and appropriate disposal of sanitary bins and sharps containers, as Essential Services. Additionally, the Shire is seeking quotes for the provision and maintenance of hand sanitisers, as Optional Service A.

The Contract shall be awarded to one supplier for the Essential Services, with consideration of Optional Service A. It is expected that all services awarded to the Contractor will be completed during the same servicing visit at each Shire facility.

At a minimum, all services are required on a monthly basis, however the Shire, at their discretion, may request more frequent servicing, such as during peak tourist season or after community events.
