Tenderers are invited to provide a quotation for the provision of Mechanical and Electrical Technical Lead services for the Coffs Harbour Bypass project.
This work consists of specialist Mechanical & Electrical Technical Lead as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide high quality engineering knowledge and effective project management skills to drive successful outcomes during construction. Minimum Requirements for a conforming tender are as follows:
- Proposed candidates must have at least 7 years' experience working in the Mechanical and Electrical space on major road/tunnel projects and have at least 5 years relevant management experience.
- Proposed candidates must be based in the Coffs Harbour area for the period of the contract.
- If required, shortlisted candidates must be available to attend an interview.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
This Project is jointly/fully funded by the Australian Government.
It is a requirement for this Project that the successful contractor be accredited under the Australian Government Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme (the Scheme) at the time of entering into the contract for ‘building work’ for the Project and must maintain accreditation under the Scheme while the ‘building work’ is being carried out. Information on the Scheme is available on the Australian Government website at www.fsc.gov.au.
