The City of Greater Geelong (the Principal)
The Principal is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor who is to undertake drainage pipe relining works, located at:
1-17 Grand Lakes Way, LARA VIC 3212 .
The services scope of works will include the following key elements:
- Review of all tender and contract documentation.
- Undertake desktop and site inspections as required to verify current site conditions and access to infrastructure to deliver works in full.
- Obtain relevant permits/approvals for working within private and/or public reserves (including, but not limited to, TMP’s, Road Occupation Permits, etc.).
- All aspects of delivery (including reinstatement of disturbed areas to pre-existing conditions) to delivery works in full, as per IFC design documentation provided.
- Testing, commissioning and handover of completed works to the acceptance of the City.
- Defect Liability Period
