Gilgandra Shire Council EOI 3/25 DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF DUAL OCCUPANCY DWELLING IN AERO PARK SUBDIVISION, GILGANDRA

ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Gilgandra is located in the central west of New South Wales approximately half way between Melbourne and Brisbane and approximately 45 minutes north of the regional centre of Dubbo. Gilgandra has a population of 2700 people with 4700 living in the district.

ABOUT THE EOI: Gilgandra Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably experienced building contractors for the design and construction of dual occupancy dwelling in Aero Park, a council-owned subdivision (the project).

The outcome of this open EOI process will be the identification of a short list of up to four (4) organisations who will be invited to provide tenders for the design and construction of the project.

REGISTRATION: Documents may be obtained after registration.

ENQUIRIES: Enquiries should be directed via the online forum .

SUBMISSIONS: Gilgandra Shire Council requests submissions via the electronic tender box (see option below) using either the attached word or pdf version of the Schedule.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. 

LOCAL PURCHASING POLICY: Gilgandra Shire Council has a local purchasing policy.

STATEMENT OF BUSINESS ETHICS: Gilgandra Shire Council will undertake this tender in accordance with its Statement of Business Ethics.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: EOIs close at 11am on Friday, 28 February 2025 and submissions must be FULLY RECEIVED BY THIS TIME. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
