This Request for Tender is a joint commissioning activity of Murray Primary Health Network (Murray PHN) and Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (EMPHN). Murray PHN and EMPHN are seeking to integrate Telepsychology Services in their shared PHN phone intake system to increase accessibility to psychological services across their catchment areas.

A suitably qualified Provider is sought for Psychological therapy services, to be delivered via telehealth by registered psychologists and provisional psychologists, including using an easy to navigate, secure online platform to support management of appointments, referrals, communication and treatment plans. 

Providers are to meet the mandatory criteria to be considered for this Tender.

A non-mandatory online information session will be held via MS Teams at 11.30am on the 5 February 2025 to discuss this request for tender and provide an opportunity for tenderers to ask questions. Respondents can register their interest to attend by emailing tenders@murrayphn.org.au.
