The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking to engage a supplier with the professional capability and capacity to conduct cyber security penetration testing of the updated DFAT Formal Messaging system.

The supplier is expected to deliver a detailed technical report identifying any exploitable vulnerabilities found, but not proceed to exploit without written authorisation from DFAT specified personnel.
