Tender Description

This Contract is for the expansion / construction of a car park located at 309 High Street, Rangiora. This property is neighbouring the Rangiora Town Hall, and is being developed into a car park for the Town Hall.

The main tasks involved in this Contract are:

  •  Construction of 1970m2 of new asphalt car-park.
  •  447m of kerb and channel, including mountable kerb-only
  •  211m of stormwater pipe, and associated drainage assets
  •  542m2 of footpath construction
  •  Signage and line marking
  •  Landscaping
  •  Carpark lighting
