The City of Melville ("City") is seeking to establish a suitably qualified and experienced Panel of Pre-qualified Suppliers for Herbicide Treatment for the City Melville Natural Areas for an initial term of one year, with four additional twelve-month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City.

The City intends to divide the Panel into three categories:

Category 1 Bushland Reserves (see appendix 2 & 3)

Category 2 Wetland and Foreshore Reserves (see appendix 4 & 5)

Category 3 Modified Reserves (see appendix 6 & 7) and back up for category 1 & 2.

The Respondent may apply for all categories. However, it is the aim of The City to award a different Supplier for each category to increase flexibility and availability.

If none of the Pre-qualified Suppliers in the category or categories selected are able to provide the service within the required timeframe, the City reserves the right to seek the services of a contractor outside of this Panel.

Unless directed otherwise by the City's Representative, works the City believes (at its sole discretion) fall in the following categories are excluded from the Panel.
