The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities and the Arts, acting through Arts Queensland (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from PQC eligible tenderers (minimum PQC Level 3) to undertake remediation works to the QM Pyramid Plaza area & the QAG Gibson Entrance.

Arts Queensland intends to appoint a Head Contractor (building) in the role of Principal Contractor who will be responsible for sourcing, engaging and managing all the appropriate and required industry trade specialised sub-contractors to complete the works.
